Licența programului DoktorEvdokimov

Aceasta este o traducere pentru comoditate. Forță juridică are versiunea în limba rusă.

Versiunea din 30 octombrie 2026. Titularul drepturilor — Serghei Alexandrovici Evdokimov (denumit în continuare — Autorul).

1. Ce este permis

Autorul acordă gratuit oricărei persoane și organizații (denumite în continuare — Utilizatorul) dreptul de a folosi programul DoktorEvdokimov în condițiile unei licențe simple (neexclusive), fără limită de timp și de teritoriu:

să instaleze și să pornească programul pe orice număr de computere — în scopuri personale și în activitatea profesională, inclusiv în instituții medicale;
să copieze fișierele de instalare fără modificări și să le transmită gratuit altor persoane: pe discuri, stick-uri USB, prin e-mail, în mesagerie;
să plaseze un link către site-ul mrt-evdokimova.ru pe site-urile proprii și în materialele pentru pacienți.

Începând să folosească programul, Utilizatorul acceptă condițiile acestei licențe (art. 1286.1 din Codul civil al Federației Ruse).

2. Ce este interzis

să vândă programul sau să perceapă plată pentru transmiterea lui;
să modifice, să decompileze, să dezasambleze programul, să șteargă din el informațiile despre Autor, blocurile publicitare și textele licențelor — cu excepția cazurilor permise expres de lege;
să prezinte programul drept al său sau să-l distribuie sub un alt nume.

3. Publicitatea în program

Programul afișează mici bannere publicitare care se descarcă de pe site-ul mrt-evdokimova.ru, dacă există internet. Bannerele sunt marcate cu cuvântul „Reclamă” și pot fi ascunse cu cruciulița până la următoarea pornire. Fără internet se afișează ultimul banner salvat sau un bloc text încorporat.

4. Nu este dispozitiv medical

Programul este destinat vizualizării imaginilor și nu este dispozitiv medical. Nu este destinat stabilirii diagnosticului, planificării tratamentului și luării deciziilor clinice. Concluzia investigației o dă medicul, decizia privind tratamentul se ia la consultația în persoană.

5. Răspunderea

Programul este oferit „ca atare”. Autorul depune eforturi ca programul să funcționeze corect, dar nu garantează că se potrivește oricărui scop și că va funcționa fără erori pe orice computer. În limitele permise de lege, Autorul nu răspunde pentru pagubele legate de utilizarea programului, inclusiv pentru afișarea incorectă a imaginilor și a măsurătorilor.

6. Date

Imaginile și datele pacienților sunt prelucrate doar pe computerul Utilizatorului și nu sunt transmise Autorului. Ce statistici anonimizate se trimit pe site și cum se dezactivează — în politica de confidențialitate.

7. Dispoziții finale

Autorul poate actualiza programul și această licență; noua versiune se publică pe această pagină. Raporturilor li se aplică legislația Federației Ruse. Întrebări — prin formularul de pe site.

8. Componente terțe

Interfața, citirea fișierelor DICOM, decodorul JPEG, construirea planurilor și a 3D au fost scrise de Autor. În program intră și componente deschise ale altor autori — licențele lor permit o asemenea utilizare și cer să fie atașate textele de mai jos. Aceleași texte se află în folderul programului.
