Licença do programa DoktorEvdokimov

1. O que é permitido

O Autor concede gratuitamente a qualquer pessoa e organização (a seguir, o Utilizador) o direito de utilizar o programa DoktorEvdokimov ao abrigo de uma licença simples (não exclusiva), sem limite de prazo nem de território:

instalar e executar o programa num número ilimitado de computadores, para fins pessoais e profissionais, incluindo em organizações de saúde;
copiar os ficheiros de instalação sem alterações e cedê-los gratuitamente a outras pessoas: em discos, pens, por e-mail, em aplicações de mensagens;
colocar a ligação para o site mrt-evdokimova.ru nos seus próprios sites e em materiais para doentes.

Ao começar a utilizar o programa, o Utilizador aceita as condições desta licença (art. 1286.1 do Código Civil da Federação Russa).

2. O que é proibido

vender o programa ou cobrar pela sua cedência;
alterar, descompilar ou desmontar o programa, remover dele a informação sobre o Autor, os blocos publicitários e os textos das licenças, exceto nos casos expressamente permitidos por lei;
fazer passar o programa por seu ou distribuí-lo com outro nome.

3. Publicidade no programa

O programa mostra pequenos banners publicitários que são carregados a partir do site mrt-evdokimova.ru, se houver internet. Os banners são identificados pela palavra «Publicidade» e podem ser ocultados na cruz até ao próximo arranque. Sem internet, é mostrado o último banner guardado ou um bloco de texto incorporado.

4. Não é um dispositivo médico

O programa destina-se à visualização de imagens e não é um dispositivo médico. Não se destina a estabelecer diagnósticos, a planear tratamentos nem a tomar decisões clínicas. O relatório do exame é elaborado pelo médico, e a decisão sobre o tratamento é tomada numa consulta presencial.

5. Responsabilidade

O programa é fornecido «tal como está». O Autor procura que funcione corretamente, mas não garante que sirva para qualquer finalidade nem que funcione sem erros em qualquer computador. Dentro dos limites permitidos por lei, o Autor não responde por prejuízos relacionados com a utilização do programa, incluindo a visualização incorreta de imagens e medições.

6. Dados

As imagens e os dados dos doentes são processados apenas no computador do Utilizador e não são transmitidos ao Autor. Que estatísticas anónimas são enviadas para o site e como desativá-las — na política de privacidade.

7. Outras disposições

O Autor pode atualizar o programa e esta licença; a nova redação é publicada nesta página. Às relações aplica-se o direito da Federação Russa. Perguntas — através do formulário do site.

8. Componentes de terceiros

A interface, a leitura de ficheiros DICOM, o descodificador JPEG, a construção dos planos e o 3D foram escritos pelo Autor. O programa inclui também componentes abertos de outros autores — as suas licenças permitem esta utilização e exigem que se juntem os textos abaixo. Os mesmos textos encontram-se na pasta do programa.
