Licenza del programma DoktorEvdokimov

1. Che cosa è consentito

L'Autore concede gratuitamente a qualsiasi persona e organizzazione (di seguito, l'Utente) il diritto di utilizzare il programma DoktorEvdokimov in base a una licenza semplice (non esclusiva), senza limiti di durata e di territorio:

installare ed eseguire il programma su un numero qualsiasi di computer, per uso personale e lavorativo, anche in strutture sanitarie;
copiare i file di installazione senza modifiche e cederli gratuitamente ad altre persone: su dischi, chiavette, per email, nei messenger;
pubblicare il link al sito mrt-evdokimova.ru sui propri siti e nei materiali per i pazienti.

Iniziando a usare il programma, l'Utente accetta le condizioni di questa licenza (art. 1286.1 del Codice civile della Federazione Russa).

2. Che cosa è vietato

vendere il programma o chiedere un compenso per la sua cessione;
modificare, decompilare, disassemblare il programma, rimuovere da esso le informazioni sull'Autore, i blocchi pubblicitari e i testi delle licenze, salvo i casi espressamente consentiti dalla legge;
spacciare il programma per proprio o distribuirlo con un altro nome.

3. Pubblicità nel programma

Il programma mostra piccoli banner pubblicitari che vengono scaricati dal sito mrt-evdokimova.ru se c'è internet. I banner sono contrassegnati dalla parola «Pubblicità» e si possono nascondere con la crocetta fino al prossimo avvio. Senza internet viene mostrato l'ultimo banner salvato o un blocco di testo integrato.

4. Non è un dispositivo medico

Il programma è destinato alla visualizzazione di immagini e non è un dispositivo medico. Non è destinato a formulare diagnosi, pianificare terapie e prendere decisioni cliniche. Il referto dell'esame è redatto dal medico, la decisione sulla terapia viene presa durante una visita di persona.

5. Responsabilità

Il programma è fornito «così com'è». L'Autore si impegna affinché funzioni correttamente, ma non garantisce che sia adatto a qualsiasi scopo né che funzioni senza errori su qualsiasi computer. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge, l'Autore non risponde dei danni connessi all'uso del programma, compresa l'errata visualizzazione di immagini e misurazioni.

6. Dati

Le immagini e i dati dei pazienti vengono elaborati solo sul computer dell'Utente e non vengono trasmessi all'Autore. Quali statistiche anonime vengono inviate al sito e come disattivarle: nell'informativa sulla privacy.

7. Disposizioni varie

L'Autore può aggiornare il programma e questa licenza; la nuova versione viene pubblicata in questa pagina. Ai rapporti si applica il diritto della Federazione Russa. Domande: tramite il modulo sul sito.

8. Componenti di terze parti

L'interfaccia, la lettura dei file DICOM, il decodificatore JPEG, la costruzione dei piani e il 3D sono scritti dall'Autore. Nel programma sono inclusi anche componenti aperti di altri autori: le loro licenze consentono tale uso e richiedono di allegare i testi riportati di seguito. Gli stessi testi si trovano nella cartella del programma.
