Lizenz für das Programm DoktorEvdokimov

Dies ist eine Übersetzung zur Orientierung. Rechtsverbindlich ist die russische Fassung.

Fassung vom 30. Oktober 2026. Rechteinhaber — Sergey Aleksandrovich Evdokimov (nachfolgend — der Autor).

1. Was erlaubt ist

Der Autor räumt jeder Person und Organisation (nachfolgend — der Nutzer) unentgeltlich das Recht ein, das Programm DoktorEvdokimov auf Grundlage einer einfachen (nicht ausschließlichen) Lizenz ohne zeitliche und räumliche Beschränkung zu nutzen:

das Programm auf beliebig vielen Computern zu installieren und auszuführen — für private Zwecke und bei der Arbeit, auch in medizinischen Einrichtungen;
die Installationsdateien unverändert zu kopieren und unentgeltlich an andere weiterzugeben: auf CDs, USB-Sticks, per E-Mail, in Messengern;
einen Link zur Website mrt-evdokimova.ru auf eigenen Websites und in Patientenmaterialien zu platzieren.

Mit Beginn der Nutzung des Programms akzeptiert der Nutzer die Bedingungen dieser Lizenz (Art. 1286.1 des Zivilgesetzbuchs der Russischen Föderation).

2. Was verboten ist

das Programm zu verkaufen oder für seine Weitergabe ein Entgelt zu verlangen;
das Programm zu verändern, zu dekompilieren oder zu disassemblieren, Angaben zum Autor, Werbeblöcke und Lizenztexte daraus zu entfernen — außer in den vom Gesetz ausdrücklich erlaubten Fällen;
das Programm als eigenes auszugeben oder unter einem anderen Namen zu verbreiten.

3. Werbung im Programm

Das Programm zeigt kleine Werbebanner an, die bei vorhandener Internetverbindung von der Website mrt-evdokimova.ru geladen werden. Die Banner sind mit dem Wort „Werbung“ gekennzeichnet und können mit dem Kreuz bis zum nächsten Start ausgeblendet werden. Ohne Internet wird der zuletzt gespeicherte Banner oder ein eingebauter Textblock angezeigt.

4. Kein Medizinprodukt

Das Programm dient der Betrachtung von Bildern und ist kein Medizinprodukt. Es ist nicht zur Diagnosestellung, Behandlungsplanung und für klinische Entscheidungen bestimmt. Den Befund zur Untersuchung erstellt ein Arzt, über die Behandlung wird in einer persönlichen Beratung entschieden.

5. Haftung

Das Programm wird „wie besehen“ bereitgestellt. Der Autor bemüht sich, dass es korrekt funktioniert, garantiert aber nicht, dass es für jeden Zweck geeignet ist und auf jedem Computer fehlerfrei läuft. Im gesetzlich zulässigen Rahmen haftet der Autor nicht für Schäden im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzung des Programms, einschließlich der fehlerhaften Darstellung von Bildern und Messungen.

6. Daten

Bilder und Patientendaten werden nur auf dem Computer des Nutzers verarbeitet und nicht an den Autor übermittelt. Welche anonymisierte Statistik an die Website gesendet wird und wie man sie abschaltet, steht in der Datenschutzerklärung.

7. Sonstiges

Der Autor kann das Programm und diese Lizenz aktualisieren; die neue Fassung wird auf dieser Seite veröffentlicht. Auf das Rechtsverhältnis findet das Recht der Russischen Föderation Anwendung. Fragen — über das Formular auf der Website.

8. Komponenten von Drittanbietern

Die Oberfläche, das Lesen von DICOM-Dateien, der JPEG-Decoder sowie die Erstellung von Ebenen und 3D wurden vom Autor geschrieben. Das Programm enthält außerdem offene Komponenten anderer Autoren — deren Lizenzen erlauben eine solche Verwendung und verlangen, die nachstehenden Texte beizufügen. Dieselben Texte befinden sich im Programmordner.
