Licencia del programa DoktorEvdokimov

Versión del 30 de octubre de 2026. Titular de los derechos: Serguéi Aleksándrovich Evdokímov (en adelante, el Autor).

1. Qué está permitido

El Autor concede gratuitamente a cualquier persona y organización (en adelante, el Usuario) el derecho a utilizar el programa DoktorEvdokimov en virtud de una licencia simple (no exclusiva), sin limitación de plazo ni de territorio:

instalar y ejecutar el programa en cualquier número de ordenadores, para fines personales y de trabajo, incluso en organizaciones sanitarias;
copiar los archivos de instalación sin modificarlos y cederlos gratuitamente a otras personas: en discos, memorias USB, por correo y en mensajeros;
publicar el enlace al sitio mrt-evdokimova.ru en sus propios sitios web y en materiales para pacientes.

Al empezar a utilizar el programa, el Usuario acepta las condiciones de esta licencia (art. 1286.1 del Código Civil de la Federación de Rusia).

2. Qué está prohibido

vender el programa o cobrar por su cesión;
modificar, descompilar o desensamblar el programa, y eliminar de él la información sobre el Autor, los bloques publicitarios y los textos de las licencias, salvo en los casos expresamente permitidos por la ley;
hacer pasar el programa por propio o distribuirlo con otro nombre.

3. Publicidad en el programa

El programa muestra pequeños banners publicitarios que se descargan del sitio mrt-evdokimova.ru si hay internet. Los banners llevan la palabra «Publicidad» y se pueden ocultar con la cruz hasta el próximo inicio. Sin internet se muestra el último banner guardado o un bloque de texto integrado.

4. No es un producto sanitario

El programa está pensado para visualizar imágenes y no es un producto sanitario. No está destinado a establecer diagnósticos, planificar tratamientos ni tomar decisiones clínicas. El informe del estudio lo emite el médico, y la decisión sobre el tratamiento se toma en una consulta presencial.

5. Responsabilidad

El programa se proporciona «tal cual». El Autor se esfuerza por que funcione correctamente, pero no garantiza que sirva para cualquier finalidad ni que funcione sin errores en cualquier ordenador. Dentro de los límites permitidos por la ley, el Autor no responde de los perjuicios derivados del uso del programa, incluida la visualización incorrecta de imágenes y mediciones.

6. Datos

Las imágenes y los datos de los pacientes se procesan solo en el ordenador del Usuario y no se transmiten al Autor. Qué estadísticas anónimas se envían al sitio y cómo desactivarlas, en la política de privacidad.

7. Otras disposiciones

El Autor puede actualizar el programa y esta licencia; la nueva redacción se publica en esta página. A las relaciones se aplica el derecho de la Federación de Rusia. Preguntas: a través del formulario del sitio.

8. Componentes de terceros

La interfaz, la lectura de archivos DICOM, el decodificador JPEG, la construcción de planos y el 3D los ha escrito el Autor. El programa incluye además componentes abiertos de otros autores: sus licencias permiten este uso y exigen adjuntar los textos que figuran a continuación. Los mismos textos están en la carpeta del programa.
