Licence du programme DoktorEvdokimov

1. Ce qui est autorisé

L’Auteur accorde gratuitement à toute personne et organisation (ci-après — l’Utilisateur) le droit d’utiliser le programme DoktorEvdokimov dans le cadre d’une licence simple (non exclusive), sans limitation de durée ni de territoire :

d’installer et d’exécuter le programme sur un nombre quelconque d’ordinateurs — à titre personnel et dans le travail, y compris dans des établissements médicaux ;
de copier les fichiers d’installation sans modification et de les transmettre gratuitement à d’autres personnes : sur disques, clés USB, par e-mail, dans des messageries ;
de placer un lien vers le site mrt-evdokimova.ru sur ses propres sites et dans les documents destinés aux patients.

En commençant à utiliser le programme, l’Utilisateur accepte les conditions de la présente licence (art. 1286.1 du Code civil de la Fédération de Russie).

2. Ce qui est interdit

de vendre le programme ou de demander une rémunération pour sa transmission ;
de modifier, décompiler ou désassembler le programme, d’en retirer les informations sur l’Auteur, les blocs publicitaires et les textes de licence — sauf dans les cas expressément autorisés par la loi ;
de faire passer le programme pour le sien ou de le diffuser sous un autre nom.

3. Publicité dans le programme

Le programme affiche de petites bannières publicitaires téléchargées depuis le site mrt-evdokimova.ru lorsqu’Internet est disponible. Les bannières portent la mention « Publicité » et peuvent être masquées avec la croix jusqu’au prochain lancement. Sans Internet, la dernière bannière enregistrée ou un bloc de texte intégré est affiché.

4. Pas un dispositif médical

Le programme est destiné à la visualisation d’images et n’est pas un dispositif médical. Il n’est pas destiné à établir un diagnostic, à planifier un traitement ni à prendre des décisions cliniques. Le compte rendu de l’examen est établi par un médecin, la décision de traitement est prise lors d’une consultation en présentiel.

5. Responsabilité

Le programme est fourni « en l’état ». L’Auteur s’efforce de le faire fonctionner correctement, mais ne garantit pas qu’il convienne à tout usage ni qu’il fonctionne sans erreur sur n’importe quel ordinateur. Dans les limites permises par la loi, l’Auteur n’est pas responsable des pertes liées à l’utilisation du programme, y compris de l’affichage incorrect des images et des mesures.

6. Données

Les images et les données des patients sont traitées uniquement sur l’ordinateur de l’Utilisateur et ne sont pas transmises à l’Auteur. Les statistiques anonymes envoyées au site et la manière de les désactiver sont décrites dans la politique de confidentialité.

7. Divers

L’Auteur peut mettre à jour le programme et la présente licence ; la nouvelle version est publiée sur cette page. Les relations sont régies par le droit de la Fédération de Russie. Questions — via le formulaire du site.

8. Composants tiers

L’interface, la lecture des fichiers DICOM, le décodeur JPEG, la construction des plans et de la 3D ont été écrits par l’Auteur. Le programme comprend également des composants ouverts d’autres auteurs — leurs licences autorisent cet usage et exigent de joindre les textes ci-dessous. Les mêmes textes se trouvent dans le dossier du programme.
