Version of October 30, 2026. Applies to the mrt-evdokimova.ru website and the DoktorEvdokimov program.
The operator is Sergey Aleksandrovich Evdokimov, the author of the DoktorEvdokimov program (hereinafter, the "Operator"). You can contact the Operator through the form on the site.
The program opens and shows images only on the user's computer. Images, names, dates of birth, and other information from DICOM files are never sent anywhere — not to the site, not to the Operator, and not to third parties.
If the computer is connected to the internet, the program downloads advertising banners from the site and sends anonymous statistics:
The statistics are needed to know how many people use the program and on which systems, and to count ad views. Sending the installation number and statistics can be turned off in the program: "About" window → the "Send anonymous statistics" checkbox. A banner click is then recorded without the installation number.
The site uses the Yandex Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC, Russia). It uses cookies and collects anonymous information about the visit: addresses of pages viewed, referral source, device and browser type, approximate location by IP address, actions on the page, including recordings of scrolling and clicks (Webvisor). Webvisor does not record text entered into the question form. This information is needed to understand how people find the site and what to improve on it.
Metrica is turned on only after you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you choose "Necessary only", Metrica is not loaded. You can change your decision by clearing the site's cookies in your browser — the notice will appear again. You can also disable cookies in your browser settings, and data collection by Metrica with the Yandex blocker. How Yandex processes data is described in its policy. In the site administration section, a cookie is needed only for signing in.
In the "Ask the author a question" form, you provide a name (optional), an email address for the reply, and the text of your question. This data is needed only to answer the question. It is stored on the site's server in Russia and forwarded to the Operator's personal Telegram messenger. By submitting the form, you consent to such processing. Please do not send images or detailed medical information in the form.
Form data is stored for no more than three years or until consent is withdrawn. To withdraw consent or delete your data, write about it through the same form.
The Operator does not sell or disclose data to third parties, except as provided by law. Telegram is used to deliver questions, and Yandex Metrica for visit statistics.
The site runs over the secure HTTPS protocol, access to the administration section is password-protected, and data is stored on a server in the Russian Federation.
The Operator may update this policy; the new version is published on this page.
